You can update your profile and account email addresses yourself in the app. Here's how:

  • Profile email: click on the profile icon (your initial) in the top right of the Wise app, then click the Email field, update the details, and click Update.
  • Business email: click on the business account icon (business name initial) in the top left of the Wise app, then click the Business email field, update the details, and click Update.
